Default which head gasket to go with for AFR

ok, i tried to search and im having a hard time with this one. i dont know which head gasket to go with. i dont wanna get into any P-V problems and i know with factory gasket, and afrs with the f13 cam i will be ok. i keep hearing about the gm mls but i have no idea what it is. so what would be a good one to use? 10.28 cmopression with factory gaskets. and what would the part number be of the ones you recommend?

Which AFR Head? Use a 2002+ GM factory gasket (MLS = multi layer steel) on the 205's. Use a Cometic 4.130 x 0.054" with the 225's.

What head gasket to use with 1998 LS1 w/AFR 205cc.

I used a set of .040 cometics with ARP studs on my 62cc AFR 205's. No issues, great gaskets and reusable
