someone on here said, they saw over 390. so im guessing between 370 and 390 is a good estimate assuming you have all the bolt ons. Im seeing more in the 380range if anything.

I'd use something more along the lines of 360-380, tops. There are FAR better (more agressive) cams out there that will beat the hotcam in every conceivable performance category with two possible exceptions: Spring life and lope (if it's not too big). That is, if you consider trhose performance categories.

why are so many people knocking the cam, on paper yeah it looks small, but compared to other cams out there, what are they running 380range to 400 range if its a big came like a gx5-3? im having a tough problem running a hotcam or ASA cam or running another cam that will net me 390rwhp. the spring life you wont have to worry either.

I have the hot cam and I making 393rwhp and 390rwtq and I am thinking of getting the ASA cam just because of the bigger duration and more over lap same lift so good for the vavle springs maybe that would get me over the 400-410rwhp, and there are other mods that I dont in my sig. but the 393hp and 390tq is through a 12 bolt with 4.30's so I wonder what I could do if the stock 10 bolt was still in there

I'm going with the Boss 2 from Vinci high perf. It'll match nice with the 1.8 Harlan Sarps I have installed.
Specs: 216 224 @ .50
.551, .551 lift @ .50 w/ 1.7 rockers
LSA 115 RPM range 2000 to 6200.
Stronger low end torque than Boss 1.

cause the hotcam is the best lol! because there are more people that talk good about the hotcam than bad! and the main reason is tuning! i got lucky on mine, i bought a computer that was already tuned for my tranny and my cam, and i must say that i dont see what everyone complains about. not troubles here! with mods in sig, i hope to put down anywhere between 340-360 at the wheels.
