what makes vettes faster than f-bodys

wow i was under the assumption that the motor actually had more power but it sounds like its mostly just the car itself.
So if you had an ls1 vette motor sitting next to an f-body motor the only difference might be the cam? (and stuff like the electric throttle body, manifolds etc obviously)

well see here, the main diff is that vetts come with a little thing called E.J.C.O.D which is electronically controlled to inject a special aditive straigth to the conbustion chamber above 5k rpm much like an americanise vtech for the vett. This is what really gives the vett its top end power at high speeds
by the way E.J.C.O.D= electronic injection crack on demand. lol o man i craked my self up i bet you guys where reading that post and wondering what i was smoking, lol o man tu funny .

Hi Guys,
First the Vette has a better weight distribution than the F-Body – stock-to-stock. That gives them better traction right off the bat. The weight per vehicle, the Vette weights less (this has been pointed out before).
