F13 cam question 112, 113 or 114lsa
Alright guys,
I know you should always base your cam on power an drivability first. That aside I'm looking for a cam that will idle rougher (69's muscle) and not tin canny. I have pretty much decided on the f13 just the advance and the lsa is up in the air. I'm sticking with stock heads and trying to get as close to 400 rwhp as possible. My mods are ls6 intake, slp lid, jet-hot long-tubes, true duals w/ dynomax bullets(no cats), pulley, 3.23's, 3200-3400 midwest stall. Anyone with experience please help.
Thanks

Hey, I am about to get the F13 cam also but i have a M6 so i am goin 112lsa. I have heard that the 114lsa is a more automatic friendly cam. Also from what i have seen from doin research, the f13 cam can put down 400rwhp with similar mods to your with a good tune.

I love my F13 on a 112 lsa in my Z06. Definitely has a 60's muscle car sound with long tube headers and no cats. Driveability is excellent, like stock. But I have a manual, so I can't comment for the automatics driveability.. I can e-mail you a short movie of it idling if you are interested...

With stock heads you'll need the F14 with 114 and 4 degrees advance. But I suggest asking Allan first.
