Which cam please
Comp LS1 Custom 222/222 .563/.563 114 LSA camshaft
Or
Comp LS1 Custom 224/224 .581/.581 114 LSA camshaft
My mods are below and the car will be a daily driver in the warm months. No winters.
Of course Im looking for the most manageable(rush hour driving) power & performance. The cam will be installed with Lt headers as well.
Thanks everybody.

224 should gain you more power. I have the FMS RJ cam which is 236/239 and with a good tune it can be daily driven. check out some of the sponsors on here. they all will have a good cam for what you are trying to achieve. but I havent had a problem with the FMS RJ cam at all. just make sure you have someone who can tune well. so if it were me I would proly go with something in the low 230's and high 220's.

Go with Futral and go bigger. Their F11, 13, and 14 are bigger than that, create more power and will idle just as well if not better. I don't have one of their cams but that's what I've been finding when deciding which cam I want to get. You can't beat their cams dude.

I dunno. Just that persons particular preference at the time of choosing. Alot of people on this site and other sites that go with a 224/224 end up having wanting to go bigger. Typically they go with an f11, 12 or 13 and have just as much driveability with any old 224. Why do it twice if you don't have to?

You guys still recommend a bigger cam even with the 3k stall? I think the C1 cam would be a good choice (222 .566 112). I think a mid size cam would hit the converter harder for a better launch or doenst it matter?
