pan off, should i replace rod bolts in my 00 c5?
GM wants 8.27 ea for 01 bolts. ARP are like 70 for all 16 but do they distort the cap? I know katech makes one but they are 120...

If you are going to do it, use the Katech bolts. They are the same size as the stock bolts and do not distort the rod. Lingenfelter uses them because of this. Pay the extra now and sleep well at night because you won't be wondering if you distorted your rods.

yeah but 120 is a bit hard to swallow right now for me. I've got way too much into this thing in little cra lately. Id just leave stock rods if it's gonna cost me 120
