Default stock motor and a cam only (373rwhp/375rwtq)

finally got my car back off the dyno and put down 373rwhp and 375 rwtq with stock manifolds in and out (LS1 intake and exhaust manifolds). Only other mods are gutted cats, cutout, UD pulley, and 36Lb. injectors. This is pretty good and the rev limiter was raised to 6800rpm! The cam is a custom grind cam from cam motion or motion cam (cant remember because the shop ordered it) with specs of 223/226 114lsa. This is a little more aggressive cam than the traditional TR224 and is very nitrous and blower friendly. After I come up with another 2 g's I will put the LS6 manifold and a set of Kook's LT headers with high flow cats. MY tuner said I should easily sit at 400+rwhp. As of now, my tourqe curve is damn near flat never going below 300 rwtq. My hp goes straight up until about 5900 and starts to curve back over due to the stock exhaust manifolds. It's a 99 Z28 and I was told these were extremely restrictive manifolds.

Anyways, thought I would enlighten everyone on how the cam went.

That's some sick numbers, bro. Not too many times do you see a cam keep the tq above the hp. Making 373/375 with a 223/226 cam without headers and LS6 intake is definitely something to brag about.

M6 or A4 car?

Those are nice numbers I'm hoping to make around that with my TR224 AND headers!

Nice numbers! Do you have more specs on the cam? Where did you order it from?

I order the cam through Force Fed Performance and he told me it was grinded by "cam motion" or "motion cam"(cant remeber exact name).

This was on a M6 tranny

funny thing on the dyno was that it was 92.5 degrees when it was dynoed. That was because there was a swap cooler shooting cooler air at the car. It was about 103 degrees in the shop and outside! Makes you wonder how much power it would make in like 60 degree weather.

M6 or A4 car?

Will the LT's and manifold change that? After those, will the hp be more than the tq? Will the tq increase at all with the headers and manifold?

With the LT's you might lose some torque.. Not necessarily lose from where you are now, but it will add more HP than TQ.. The LS6 intake will show nice gains in both HP & TQ.

The same. This is why dynos almost always correction factors built in.

In fact, is it possible those are corrected numbers and the dyno was using info gathered from the hot outside air when the car was in fact getting the cooler air blown to it?? I don't know where dynos take their readings from......
