You will need a dual spring kit from PRC/TSP or Patriot as well as a set of hardened pushrods and a new timing chain.. You can get all of that stuff from Futral when you order the F13 cam.

Oh, and I bet you mean spring seats and retainers, not valve seats.

What do you have planned for tuning and exhaust? Both are critical if you're going to enjoy that cam.

The first level of springs are referring to the Comp 918 springs that they're asking $250. You can get those for $179 from Comp directly. That's all you need for the lift and rpm on that cam. Pushrods will cost about $100, you don't NEED to do the timing chain if you have 45k miles or less, but it along with a new ported oil pump can't hurt. You'll also need a tool for holding up the lifters. Home Depot has 1/4" aluminum rods that you can sharpen the end a bit and mark for cam length so you know it's bottomed out in the block. If you like pm me and I'll get you my cell number. Details take forever to type! Good luck!

Well I am at 54k so I will need the new timing chain? And I am also wondering about my cam selection. I am trying to pick between F12 and F13, I want the F13, but I am wondering about the differences in the two and how they are for street driving.

are you completely stock right now? If you are WAIT... don't put the cart before the horse. Make sure you have the supporting induction and exhaust mods, plus some extra goodies (chassis, suspension, drivetrain) to help get the extra power to the pavement efficiently. And as was mentioned, a good tune is critical to get the cam to run right...
Once you got that stuff lined up, then go with the cam kit that gives you the double springs, new pushrods, and requisite gaskets (option #3).

well it is stock...technically. Since it is a Firehawk it already has upgraded suspension and SLP exhaust, etc.
So i guess it is stock, but a stock firehawk. Do I still need to add exhaust etc?
