Default Adjustable cam gear sprocket?

I'm going to adjust my cam timing soon. When we put in my cam, we were in a hurry and just installed it dot to dot. Now I want to put it in at a specific intake centerline. Currently, I'm running a Katech Chain on a stock cam gear set. Who makes an adjustable cam gear sprocket that will work with the stock/Katech chain? Obviously, I'd like to avoid replacing the bottom gear.

Cloyes Hex adjust.
Pricey, but sturdy.

SDPC has them ->http://www.sdpc2000.com/catalog/1840...Timing-Set.htm

If no one makes one, I can always do what we did in the old days and use an offset bushing kit. Yes, I know, it's old school, but it's worked for years.

I just make my own. Its easy to do with your current chain.

Comp makes an infinitely adjustable sprocket, much better than the normal 2,4,6* etc. I've been using one for about 3 years. It uses the single link stock type chain.

You need the dial wheel thing for that though don't you? I want one that I can just bolt in the 4* advance position and go.

WTF, you have top grade stuff throughout that motor. Spring for the Cloyes and avoid the ghetto mods.

Is the Cloyes a single or a double roller cam sprocket? I haven't seen a single roller adjustable. Can I use a double roller and just put the chain on the front or the back sprockets?

Do you have to buy the set, or can you get the cam sprocket only? I have the Katech as well and wouldn't want to give it up.

I used the Cloyed single row Hex-a-just on my Katach chain. Works great, but pricey yes!

Well I called Cloyes as no one was able to find me a single row LS2 adjustable cam sprocket. I guess that the LS2 cam sprocket needs to have a hump on it that the cam sensor can detect as it comes around. The guy gave me the part# as it is brand new. He told me that I needed to use the crank sprocket as well or I would throw off the chain geometry???? I'm gonna check it a micrometer to see if there is really any difference. I hope that I dont have to really change the bottom sprocket. I got the whole kit though. It was only 149.00.
