ET Performance 225cc Hyd. Roller Pushrod Mockup Tonight I mocked up the pushrod length on the 225s in our hyd. roller setup. I love the fact that it came out perfect.
Adjustable pushrod lengths:
Base 5.520
Top 2.570
Preload 0.010
Total:8.100

The set of 240's we used on a 382 came out to exactly an 8.100 pushrod, but this was a girly hydraulic roller deal, so the 5/16ths pushrods worked just fine. It should be easy to find a 8.100" length 3/8ths .080" wall pushrod...

It made 480 through an LS6 intake, Breathless headers, and a 234 @ .050 cam. We're going to add Kooks 1 7/8th headers and a FAST 90/90 setup and see if we can't make 500 with that same girly cam.
