I dont mean to be sponsor bashing here but WTF is up with Futral.
I emailed them last Saturday with no response, and I know they got it because I got the read reciept.
I have called them 2 twice and left messages through the week with still no reponse.
I wanted to buy their FM7 cam and a bunch of other stuff but I went else were because they can't call back. Their loss!
I can't imagine were I would be if I needed help with something. I was just trying to give them money.

They used to have a great reputation here but the last couple of months that has disappeared. Have to say it's the worst transaction that I've had with any sponsor on this board.

Yeah, its sad... The two time ive ordered from them, its taken a few weeks to recieve the delivery. But in their defense, both orders needed to be specially ordered. Theyre still a small shop so I can understand that they simply cant stock everything there. Plus they had a lot to deal with after katrina. But they really need to get themselves organized like a larger shop cause Ive already seen a lot of people turned off. Their products and services are second to none, but its no good when you cant get the product or even get in touch with them.
