Default PCV Deleted Already?

Just wondering how many out there have deleted the PCV system (N/A, blown, spray...)

any daily drivers with minor bolt ons, or mostly hardcore strippers, or what?
let me know!

Took mine off about a month ago to stop puff of smoke at wot. Think it fixed it. I removed pcv added breather to oil fill cap, and left the crossover in the back. Bolt on daily driver here.

Running breather on each valve cover. Cam and bolt-ons, daily driver. 110k miles on engine. Runs great. Makes ~385rwhp ~370rwtq.

I am runing the GM Performance Parts valve covers that were on the LS 7 crate motor pictured on the cover of Hot Rod Magazine. No coil pac mounting bracket holes or emission fixtures on these. The only thing on them is the bow tie logo and CHEVROLET ... Very clean like the old days..I run the LS6 pvc from the valley cover to the throttle body and a K&N breather in the pass side valve cover in the oil cap hole.....a dailey driver with over 100,000 miles on it..just ran the hot rod power tour (1700 mile trip) and it uses no oil..

Are you constantly having to clean oil residue off the valve covers and other locations? If it's not really dirty it would be nice to consider.

PCV is gone, a single Metco breather on the passenger side valve cover.

I daily drive my car 150+ miles per day, 5+ days per week.

Motor and mods detail in sig, I use no oil and have NO oil in the intake (yay!)

And so far I have not had to clean off any oil residue off anywhere... but I will tell you that when letting the car sit and idle while poking around under the hood... it can get downright horrid smelling under there.

I run a Metco breather on my driver side valve cover and have the rest capped off. I notice it puffing when I have the hood open and car running, but mysteriously I have no oil on the fender or surrounding area. It's also nice to just pop the filter off the screw-in adapter to pour some oil in. The Metco sits up very high and doesn't allow any liquid oil to get up to it from sloshing.

I was running a catchcan, but still had oil blowing though the PCV and fresh air tube (into TB) and into the manifold.

I still have mine, but not sure what to do with it with the turbo (rear mount). Was thinking of running a line to the intake side of the turbo and back to the PCV, I have a breather on the PS valve cover, but I seem to still be getting oil sucked up.

You have to have a breather that fits the hole nice and snug or that will happen..I have clean and pretty valve covers..

I made a little baffle that goes under the oil fill hole that keeps the oil that is splashed around off the rocker arms from going into the breather...it was some aluminum that was welded there that still allows oil to be added but without the breather being comtaminated with the all oil flying around inside the valve covers.. hot rodding is all about chop, cut, & rebuild till you get it the way you like it...that is the essence of the hobby..

I am running a breather on each valve cover. I just make sure on every oil change I clean both breathers.

Ditto on the LS6 PCV system, no oil problems since in connects with the valley not the valve cover. I think it looks cleaner than stock LS1 or breathers, if I had those GMPP valve covers I would not ugly them up with ricy breathers either, but thats just my .02. How much did those set you back, and what did you do for coil pack relocation? Got pics?
