408 Arrived Today!!!!!!!!
408 Arrived Today!!!!!!!! Just received my 408 from LME today!!! Talk about being stoked, just seeing that motor made me go fUUUU@#...Complete from oill pan to intake....Tea trickflow 225's,jessel 1.8 crane lifters,fast 90/nw90,ati super damper, 42# green tops,fast fuel rails,kooks 1 7/8,comp cams 244/250 630 630 @114+2,ls6 ported and shimmed oil pump,intake ported,eagle 4340,wiseco nitrous pistions,callies rods,arp mains and head studs as well as 7/16 rod bolts, had them build a complete motor......Can't wait to get the install finished and tuned then off to the dyno for the numbers....Thanks to everyone for all their help and comment...Special thanks to the gang @LME and TEA for putting up with me these past 2 weeks......

Actually, I didn't pick the cam. Originally I was going with the same cam @ 112...Bryan thought I would like this better since it is going to be one helluva DD!!
I aggree with the choice, it'll make a great nitrous cam...Oh and yes not bragging, 12k and still spending, just received new flywheel, bmr k member,valve covers,waiting on drive shaft,rearend and t56...should have it done by this weekend.....thanks for all the great comments...one more thing...the TEA Trick Flows are sick looking!!!!!.....

It took exactly 2 weeks to the day I sent them a cashiers check...I looked at the 427, I think the 408 is better for my situation...everything is together..install tomorrow at 5:30pm...I'll post pic as well...alot of cleaning the engine and under carriage areas left to do couple of small parts waiting on UPS, everything will be here in the morning..I'm so stoked right now...I'll post the pics as we do each step....Those jessells are so awesome to look at!!!...till tomorrow....................

Yes and no...I've been down since Feb 3rd..I put the money back every month and done alot of research on the sponsers here...All of them seem to be grat at their craft..I just happen to bug the hell out of Bryan @LME on the phone for a couple of weeks...He e-mailed me a qoute and I overnighted the check...Maybe he put mine ahead of some others who knows?..I'm shitting torque wrenches right now and can't wait till in the morning...But yeah, you put 12k in my hand I'd probably put you ahead of a few deposits....
That is big time... Literally. Can't wait to see it up and running again! Wish I could've afford a 408 for my build, but it's a neverending hobby I guess, gotta start somewhere! =) Good luck!
