Not sure if this will be of any use to anyone but I thought it was cool as it shows the progression of increased engine power of time, maintainance and well, racing the F'n **** out of it.

Put headers on it/full exhaust, etc, etc, etc...who knows
You got a monster...and your track seems to be pretty good...
I can't afford a new rear and I'm hoping that would put me low 12s.
If you do, I'd say go with AT LEAST a 3500.
Probably a 4000ish stall.
If not, then a Vig 3200 or ST3500 would suffice.

I also don't want to get lower gears and when i shift they put me back into the power band and i lose some of the advantage of the TC.
Does this make sense or is my theory off???

Mine is around 46000 miles (got it Feb/2000). It's not been dyno'd , but it sure feels like it gets stronger and stronger. <img src="graemlins/burnout.gif" border="0" alt="[Burnout]" />
