ok, these were all done on DynoJets, but at different places....
I made a link for my dial up brothers (which is good net manners )
Not sure if this will be of any use to anyone but I thought it was cool as it shows the progression of increased engine power of time, maintainance and well, racing the F'n **** out of it.
Car is a 2001 TransAm Firehawk A4
All runs had gutted Maf & Lid 93 octane
First dyno ~ 7000 miles 1 month 2 weeks old

Second dyno ~ 16000 miles 4 months 3 weeks old
12.86 @ 108.02 december '00 & july '01
312 rwhp 330 rwtq

Latest dyno 43989 miles 1 year 1 month 2 weeks
320 rwhp 338 rwtq

By the way....you put a stall on that car and a good tire..you could see 11's and thats with small bolt ons...
Put headers on it/full exhaust, etc, etc, etc...who knows
You got a monster...and your track seems to be pretty good...

I'm thinking when the money comes, I'm just going to do a 3500-4000 TC and maybe a cutout.
I can't afford a new rear and I'm hoping that would put me low 12s.

Edge Hawk, do you plan to add a Heads/Cam setup at all ?
If you do, I'd say go with AT LEAST a 3500.
Probably a 4000ish stall.
If not, then a Vig 3200 or ST3500 would suffice.

well I definately want to keep the 3.23s just to be safe, but I was thinking that with a higher stall and me droping my shift points to my HP peak, the next gears RPM level will be lower, and the TC will flash it back up into my power band.
I also don't want to get lower gears and when i shift they put me back into the power band and i lose some of the advantage of the TC.
Does this make sense or is my theory off???

God, heads & cam....I wish...but I am single and young....and think that I better pay off all my debts and invest more in my house while I can.
Of course, you can always sleep in a car, but you can't drive/race a house

Coooool! In 10 more years you'll have 440rwhp and 478rwtq.
No need to spend all that money on mods...just need patience!

No, 1 year was 39,400. I wanted to go drive it across the state and back, but was too tired
7K first month, 5K 2nd month, and have avg. 3k every month since.
I drive. A lot.
I should be a car beta tester

I keep telling my son "this thing feels like it keeps getting faster every day". I thought maybe I was getting to old and was having a harder time handling it but now I know it really is getting quicker every day. I have 42K miles in almost 4 years so I guess it will start reversing the trend soon as she gets tired.

Like to see folks that like to drive their cars!
Mine is around 46000 miles (got it Feb/2000). It's not been dyno'd , but it sure feels like it gets stronger and stronger.
