P.S.- That "Hot Cam" is, I'm certain, not without issues. If you don't absolutely need MAX power, there are "friendlier" alternatives.

could I pick up some power with a custom PCM tuning? Most likely! But, it runs "okay" for now

I still have a stock PCM tuning setup on my car. I ran the T1 cam with no problems for over a year (221/221 .558/.558 112) also. Now, I have a "T2" (232/232 .574/.574 112) cam and still run on the stock computer tuning. The only thing changed in my PCM is a 7K rev-limiter and thats it.

MTI shoulda put that cam on the GP i only got the Hammer and damn it aint gonna be bigg enough with stage 2 heads oh well
If so...then you could stand more cam than the Hammer. but if your a 346'er... the Hammer will be fine.
Plus... Tony was able to run that big cam with out programming becuase his car is an M6. That "big ol' honker" would not be as PCM freindly in an A4.
So how did your "hammer-cammed", MTI Stage 2 headed motor do on the dyno/track?

most of the stuff i have done is for what i will be doing as opossed to whats done (cheaper that way). i do hav an m6 and the heads a GTP. i was going to stroke it but that fell threw and i was waiting on something as well
as to dyno # she aint done yet but the hammer gave me at least 30 RWHP but i also added my 9" so i dont know the exact #s but i would guess closer to 40 HP
What kind of converters do yall recommend for my set up ? Remember i rarely go to the track ( street racer)

I recommend the Vigilante 2800. Perfect street manners and will give you that extra punch you're looking for. You'll need a good tire to hook with this converter otherwise your off the line performance will drop as you sit there roasting your tires in a blazing fury while that Mustang is taking off.
The first day I had this converter I was like this.

What kind of tires will you be using?

Regular street tires? SY3500
Drag Radials? ST3500 or SY3500. ST for better launch, SY for better top end.
If you have 2.73 gears, or can’t stand “loosness”, you might want to look at the TT series converters.
All these are Yank converters, BTW.
Chris, I thought you didn't want to get a cam?
Anyways, I am done with the install; are you still up for the dyno run?

Shhhh ... its supposed to be a secret . Yea Ill still take you up on that offer . Hope you brought yo money , honey . Cuz you loose , you pay .
