Should I change my exhaust?

Should I change my exhaust?
About A month ago I installed Mac headers w/off road pipe, I already had the Loudmouth on. It sounds really good but I feel like I lost bottom end power? I thought about changing my cat back but not sure if its worth it or if I will gain any power. I am also thinking about getting A cam in about 6 months and will this exhaust I have now be better with the cam?
I thought about Corsa,SLP DD or B&b Triflow.

Re: Should I change my exhaust?
I too have been thinking the same thing. I recently had my headers installed and I know that having the Loud mouth is probably causing me to lose some low end torque so I thought about replacing SLP's "resonator with a DynoMax Bullet muffler or their ulra flow round muffler. The round muffler would also replace the "resonator". It's 3 inch inlet and outlet but instead of being 4inch it is a 6inch. Since its not as free flowing as the SLP "resonator" I was thinking that it would get me some of the low end torque that I lost, if any. Also might help to get rid of some of the drone.

the exhaust will be way better with the cam bro. as your hp increases you need better flow out. especially with the nos yo!! but if you want i still have my dual dual i would sell for cheap. It is just the back piece. let me know bro i can clear alot up for you. i dont know igf you still have my number. just email me. let me know what cam you are going with also!

Re: Should I change my exhaust?
Thanks Mike, I'll think about that. I might go with the TR224 but it will be A while till I decide. Maybe I should just leave it untill I get the cam and see how it works out with what I have so I wont have to buy A different catback. You think that my set up I have will be better with the cam than maybe A Corsa catback or Tri-flow?

Re: Should I change my exhaust?
I just put Mac Headers w/ ORY pipe and the TR 224 cam w/ 112 lsa. I am also running an open cutout, asp crank and alt. pulley, and a whisper lid. That is it. I think you said you had a six speed...so I would keep your setup you have now. Maybe get asp pulleys...helps you rev faster. I have stock programming now (don't have the money now to dyno/tune) and I think you will be happy having lots of flow in the exhaust when you get the cam and are accelerating in third gear.
