Need help picking rings, rods, and pistons

I don't know what size and specs i need. I'm looking to get the following:
-childs & albert rings
-JE forged pistons
-Not sure what brand of rods to get
please help me out. Part numbers would be great
BTW: this is for your basic 346 cid LS1

i want to stay within stock specs. I basically just want to replace my stock rings, pistons, and rods with better ones.

well the same here,wife blew hers 98 up, the new 00 motor is waiting to go in. now i got the old one to play with.might go stoke it <img src="images/icons/shocked.gif" border="0"> it want need to be borded .015 or less.does any one know how much 98 casting ( block)can be borded. thanks michael <img src="graemlins/fluffy.gif" border="0" alt="[Fluffy]" />

the shop said the only only 1 cly( the one the piston poped)would not hone out at .005 .now i wonder if they want a block to play with????? as for pistons do not get stock gm there cheep. but would not hold up for her twin t'bos. michael <img src="graemlins/gr_judge.gif" border="0" alt="[judgement]" />

that does not seem 2 bad, we tried some places all we were told the ls1 is 2 new. for some money we were told we could get some molded yea right! <img src="images/icons/frown.gif" border="0"> michael
