Hey Big Mike, PaiN is still too damn modest.

The car pulled 504 rwhp sae corrected pushing a 12-bolt rearend and on ET Streets at 14 psi

So much for the popular "dyno tricks" huh? hahaha

That car is scary. Can't wait to see it run!

I couldn't stick around to watch this monster run on the dyno, but did get to hear it idle earlier. One very impressive car, to say the least. 504 RWHP, on a 12 bolt, through an auto. Yowsa!!

Now THAT would rock! Damn all of you fast guys! You're going to make me spend more money!
Larry - 504 RWHP is INSANE! How far the 422's have come in such a short time! I remember watching SW's C5 pull a hair over 500 RWHP with an M6 a little over a year ago, and now an A4 is pulling 504 RWHP with ET Streets and a 12-bolt!

Thanks for all the compliments guys! I'm really pleased with the setup so far. The guys at MTI have been great through the buildup, and went above and beyond in helping me with suggestions, and tips on the car, and just doing an oustanding install!

As far as the details... Its pretty much a clone of Colonel's motor.

422, with stage III LS6 heads. The heads flowed some really impressive numbers, but since I don't have the data in front of my eyes I'm not gonna try and post what I think I remember it was.

The cam is the "Colonel cam" (Ask for it by name!)

The only real difference is the pistons, I'm running a touch more compression than the Colonel.

The tranny is my old PMAC built 4l60e...we'll see how long it holds up. Then it will be on to something beefier.

The rear is a Moser 12-bolt, w/ 4:10's the big axles, and big eaton posi.

Hopefully the long-tubes will be in soon, and we can see if that helps the numbers some more.

Thanks again guys!

If you're still running Macs, then the power gain will be REALLY nice with longtubes!

Hopefully, the Pontiacs won't discriminate against a silver Z

I think that they do mine in about three weeks. Getting very hard to wait given what some of these other 422s are doing. Mine will be a little less radical since it will be a daily driver (gonna probably use a R1 cam) - though my definition of a daily driver includes a roll cage.
