cam: 212/212 duration, 525/530 lift
Go with 114 LSA or 115 LSA?
I will be using Stage 1 heads, and this is a street car.

I thought about 218/218 525/530 114 ...
22x is not going to work for what I want to do.

I had the 218/218 114 .561 112 I/C. With the idle raised to 850 it felt pretty much like stock and at 900 rpm it was smoother than stock. I used 6300 shift points. I had programming and it was a very good choice.
For 212/212, I would use 114 unless you are trying to keep idle at stock. Depending upon your converter selection, 113 might give better torque if you keep the stall down.

Because I don't want that much duration. <img src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" border="0">

Comp Cams "Xtreme RPM" Grind# 3752/3752
This will get you a 218/218 .527/.527 114 LSA
This is what I am planning for an A4, Yank converter / Stage 1 heads / headers car.
I would think that the .527 lift would be easy on springs. The 218 duration would be a good compromise of power/street manners on an A4 car.
Anyone feel the same way?
