LS1 Hot Cam, who is using it?
I want to know more about then what I found using the search, mostly from the M6 guys. Is worth and how is driveability. I am not so concerned about it being a real smooth idle.
Thanks

It worked for me to get up to 396rwhp with stock heads <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0"> .
For the power, the idle is damn rough tho. No problem prior to long tubes, but after that it really shakes. If you want everyone at the gas station to think you have a top fuel car, thats the cam for you! And you cant beat the price. I really liked mine. I even have a 5k mile used one Ill sell ya for $150 <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">

Re: LS1 Hot Cam, who is using it?
I have it 2001 M6
It has a tad of idle problems in summer with
AC on at stop lights.. it like to die.
I may have fixed it with a .022" spacer on
top of idle screw.
Lid,exhaust,hotcam 329/330 (dyno sheet below)
http://ls1info.com/article.php?sid=118
added slp lt's 351/364 graph looks the same.
$418 Shipped to Dallas Tx..
did install like this..

There is some hotcam sound clips here

Re: LS1 Hot Cam, who is using it?
I've had the hotcam in my car for 7-8000 miles now, It still likes to die sometimes after a hot restart, Other than that it sounds good. I'll be on the dyno this week and get the before, after numbers with what you see in my sig.
Things changed from last dyno are
1. Installed Hotcam and asp pulleys
2. TNT F1 wet.
3. Changed from K&N to Holley filter.
[quote] It worked for me to get up to 396rwhp with stock heads <hr></blockquote>
I didn't feel this kind of power increase thats for sure. We'll see what the dynojet says.

Re: LS1 Hot Cam, who is using it?
Sorry y'all...
I take a short break from the internet and I guess I left too much of a teaser.
The best way to show how I did it would be to post my full sig and then also mention that you have to find a shop like Extreme Motorsports in Houston, who will rent you a dyno for an hour and help you with kick *** work. Chris at Extreme was fundamental to the #s, since I was only paying 125$ an hour for the dyno and getting in 15 or so pulls with different settings on the MAF Translator.
So heres the sig:
