When Westech Automotive built the 302ci LS1 what parts did they use to achieve that displacement? Crank, rods, pistons ect. I read somewhere that it has a 4.00" bore and a 3.00" stroke but I cant seem to find any info on the internals. An aluminum block (3.90" bore) LS1 with a crank from a 4.8l truck (3.268" stroke) = 312ci. So again I am just wondering what combination of things they used to get that displacement.

Good question.
I also read on the link you provided that the engine had heads; [Quote] "Specially modified LS6 cylinder heads (Advanced Airflow Engineering)
Anyone ever hear of this company? I have never seen anyone on the LS1 boards even use heads from this porter...

Advanced Airflow, Ron Sharp, Detroit area I believe.
That motor's final combo was a custom ground CompCams solid roller, LS6 heads, JE pistons, Dyer billet connecting rods, and I think it was last running a crankshaft out of a 4.8 motor. The block was a 3.900 stock bore or a 3.905 clean up bored motor. Cam was like a 250/250//112.
I drove the 302 and it's a nice and neat car.

www.westechauto.com is only 70 miles from me. I had some work done on my car there last year.

Thanx PSJ, so it was a 4.8 crank. When you drove it did it feel down on torque? They say 435hp but no tq #'s. I'd be interested to see a dyno graph of that motor (or similar displacement) vs. a 346ci to see the hp and tq curves and what rpms they are at.

Felt good above 5500 rpms... But I'm kind of spoiled, it felt a lot slower than my car.
That 435hp is from the first cam, and that's not rwhp. <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">

i believe BradWS6's LS6 heads in his 382 stroker were ported by them and he was going 11.1

Yeah I think so.
Don't take my comments about the car as negative, 375rwhp or so from a 302ci is very very good. The car was built to be very drivable. By now over hundred people have probably taken the car for a ride, and it started up everytime. It also did a leg of the HotRod Power Tour last year.
