Default Whitch set of heads/cam

Hey guys

im shopping around for heads for my 01 SS wanted to see whitch ones you guys would choose for my goal.
I am shooting for 500 RWHP NA.

I am looking at the Patriot Performance GM LS6 Head, Cam & Roller Rocker Arm Kit 59cc.
this will raise the compression to 11-1.
im guessing this would put me around the 430-450 mark with a tune.

Performance Mods are
slp intake pack w/ K&N
LTs
3 inch Y pipe with cutout
230/230 cam/ springs
Tune
ram 3 clutch

I plan on getting
Fast 90/90 intake mani.
underdrive pully set

how reasonable do you think my goal is?
i feel it is possable on stock bottom end. ( i like to aim high)

any constructive comments are welcome

you wont make near 500rwhp with that combo...... with a fast 90 ported, those same heads with the largest valve possible, along with stock rear end and stock gears, Kooks headers, pulley, Maziere water pump, True duals and the 230/230 cam you might hit 450rwhp.

I think 450 is more like it. Is this A4 or M6?

thanks for the replys.

Yes for now it will be stock displacement

M6 trans

I have Pace LT's and a cutout at the end of thet Y-pipe.

I'll look into the pulley and Maziere water pump.

with the fast 90 (/90), would i see improvements from a SLP (or other) mas or should i just keep using the stock unit?

Stock MAF, you'll need a tune anyway, so the SLP will not do anything but set the tuner back. 500rwhp is a little unrealistic unless all the stars and planets align. It's newsworthy stuff when one of the well known shops produces one, so getting there by collecting the parts. Pacesetters and a cut out probably won't get you there. Attention to detail from one end to the other is your best approach.

450 is still a great number though...
