Like it says. I need an exhaust that is going to be OK to drive on the street,(no loudmouth or cutouts) and still can handle 400+ at the wheels.
thanks,
Ray

I thought that as well but nothing is further from the truth. My car pulled like crazy after the H/C went in( i had on the loudmouth at the time) but as soon as the Mufflex went on, bye bye power. No more pull at all from the car.

You're telling me I can lose this 70lb sewer pipe and get the SLP2OTL and gain power! That's what I want to hear.
Everything I've read says the SLP20TL is a straight through design and is more refined sounding than the others.
The most free-flowing will be dynomax bullet mufflers.

Many people have reported that the mufflex systems arent as great as they thought they were as far as HP gains. Last post I remember claimed only a 7hp gain with the system. Oddly, others have claimed 16hp with the cheap hooker (grin) system. I'm always skeptical when it comes to these figures anyway.

The figures from the Mufflex systems have indeed not been great. There is also the build quality and the weight issue.

I have heard good things about the SLP dual/dual, 2otl, and the Hooker cat back, but are these systems good for power over 400 at the wheels? I read a post once that said the dual/dual was good, but only up to around 380rwhp I think.
I need something that is going to give me max performance on the street without running a cutout.
