As you know, I've seen all the LG cammed, Livernois headed cars run great. But I've always heard that TEA is the shizzle. So I'd research, and flip a coin. LOL!

I previously had the TEA 1.5 LS6 heads and I picked up right at 20rwhp over a stock set of LS6 heads with the G5X3 cam.

I had Livernois Stage 1's with their stage 1 224/228 114 cam, longtubes, offroad x-pipe, stock Z06 TI catback, and LS6 manifold and picked up 125 RWHP. I couldn't have been happier with how my car ran!

I'll see if I can find the graph. It made 295 RWHP stock and ran consistent 13.4 @ 104 mph then 420 RWHP / 390 RWTQ and consistent 12.3 @ 117-119 mph (with lots of wheel spin) afterwards.

There are some vids of it here

I can't find the graph from the LS6 heads, but here is a previous graph from when I had their Stage 1 Ported LS1 heads.

Id definately go with livernois, after a few of my friends had purchased some of their various heads i stopped by their shop. While they were there they gave me a tour, i was damned impressed, and even got to see there CNC department first hand. it was unbelievable the amount of heads they have, there were about 3 pallets ready to be ported that i saw, stacked about 5 feet high, and they said they had even more elsewhere. every one was great, and answered all of my questions. there were also just buttoning up a C6 vette w/ a stroked LS2, and their ported L97/L76 setup that sounded freakin hot.

That's a GREAT video man. I almost shed a tear at the end with your car smashed up.... classic with the P-diddy song. Where in the heck do you do all that street racing? That one street where you raced that older Buick was totally residential....

in my old WS6 i had TEA 5.3 heads & a G5X2 and ran 11.8s @ 117 in 4000 DA. the car put down 440 rwhp and 396 rwtq throught 12 bolt 4:30s with 18 Enkis. the car had all bolt ons minus EWP & 90/90. this was also a full weight car.

It's actually an industrial road with no traffic on the weekend. As you can see, we're not the only ons that go there, but I've been going there for a bout 10 years now (Since I was 16).

I have found ( Through testing both at the track and on the dyno) that the TEA heads like a little less split. John Norris runs a LGM Spec'ed cam for his TEA heads and he has been in the 10s, and deeper in the 10s with the TEA/ Trick Flow castings. However, Brian Tooley ran an Identical grind to the G5x2 on his C5 and it did excellent, especially on the bottle.

Livernois I cannot comment on, I have yet to get a set of those heads in my hands to play with.
