Tuan, by built do you mean forged internals (rods, crank, pistons, etc)?

Very hard to say. I know of a 383 that is running a 300 shot of nitrous. If the motor is built with nitrous in mind you can go really high. Just remember that a built motor can mean many things, built for boost, built for nitrous, built for NA.

I'm referring to a motor that is specificly built for nitrous application.

Assuming you had the right cam and were using Direct Port, I would imagine 300 should be just fine.
