The XER 224 is just the actual lobe. The MTI C2 uses Comp XER 224 lobes on a 112 lobe sep with 4 degrees advance ground in.

So is it the same? Besides, I can pick up the cam for $90 cheaper elsewhere with out MTI's name on it if it's the same. Is that bad?

Just lookin to get the best price I can on a cam. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

There are a few sponsors that sell comp cams. Why dont you give them a call and see what kind of deal they can do for ya. I'm sure they can set you up, they usually have good package prices also (cam, springs, pushrods). Give the sponsors a chance before you buy elsewhere.
