Wow that is very impressive, especially with your cam!

I have the same question as verbs. (above)
Give us some more details on those heads.

Mike C.

Does LS1speed have LS1edit and a dyno on-site to do dyno tuning? What did they charge you to do the tuning? I'm looking for a place to get my car tuned and am looking at an 8 hour drive to LS1speed to get it done.

It is true that RGR heads take a loooooong time to come in. But I have also seen some really good results from them. I have seen 420+rwhp on M6 cars with T1 cams and 400+ on A4 cars with 224 sized cams.

Speed Inc is an excellent shop to deal with. Tom Izzo and Larry are top notch.

THANKS FOR THE NICE WORDS PEOPLE, NOW TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS. THE HEADS I ORDERED ARE THE R.G.R STAGE2 HEADS NOT MILLED 5.7, THE COMPRESSION IS STOCK OR CLOSE TO IT. SPEED INC USED LS1 EDIT AND THEY HAVE A IN HOUSE DYNO JET MACHINE.THE PRICE FOR TUNNING IS $500.00 AND IT MADE A NICE DIFFERENCE IN PERFORMANCE.THE HEADS TOOK ME 4 MONTHS TO RECEIVE BUT WELL WORTH IT.I DROVE THERE FROM MICHIGAN IN 5 HRS SO MAKE THE 8 HOUR TRIP. AT THIS POINT I DON'T HAVE ET'S ON THE CAR BUT I WILL SOON. THANKS, MIKE C.
