Default Should I upgrade head gasket and bolts with my setup

I have the TR 224/224 112 cam and I have TEA 5.3L Stage II heads coming. The heads will be milled around .005 to .010. With that I think I will be around 11.1 or .2 for compression. Are the GM head gaskets and bolts OK for my application or am I at risk of blowing these

studs $220 from Jegs.Gaskets $70 a piece from Thunder Racing.
When I removed the heads 2 bolts were very loose from the factory <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />

So, the studs just make for easy removal and installation of the heads? Any special tools needed to install the studs?

TByrne offers head bolts that are reusable and harder. I think I may go with these if studs make the installation a little harder. Unless there is something else I am missing for why one should go with studs.

You will need a 3/16th hex key socket to install the larger studs. Also an inch/pounds torque wrench to torque the studs to 5 ft/lbs ( 60 in/lbs ).
