No problem at all on the block Joe. You helped me big time with all the questions I bugged you about. If you need any help give me a call
Maybe down the road you can do the 4.15 bore durability testing in a lightweight race car <img border="0" alt="[Fluffy]" title="" src="graemlins/fluffy.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[Camaro]" title="" src="graemlins/camaro.gif" />

I don't think there is a "Mr Fireball warrantee" on God's green earth! You sure know how to push everything to it's limits and back <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> . Did you get the custom tags for you car yet? I am getting REAL impatient waiting for these custom pistons now! They told me about 2 weeks so it's going to be at least 1.5 more?
Nine Ball, Thanks for the advise! I had the machine shop thats doing the waterpumps make me a torque plate for the block boring, so I guess if they make me another one, I can line them with thin rubber and bolt them to the tops of the block for pressure testing, thanks for the tip!

What stroke is going to be available with the short block, ie: stock crank, 4" nodular iron, forged Lunati, etc?
Thanks.

Re: JPR 382 all bores avalible soon!
Guy's,
Sorry I haven't been on the internet for about 2 weeks, (real busy) I will give a quick update. All the parts are here and the pistons/rings are comming from MTI, seems that my original piston order was "lost" from the original company I ordered from and I had to re-order? well, MTI had them in stock and they are on there way to me as we speak. Lots of work has been accomplished in this 2 week period that I have been off the forum working on average 12-16 hours a day to fill head orders and do installs.
I will have lots of updates and good info posted today through Tue. The 382's that we will have available VERY soon will have forged 4.100 pistons, Speed Pro rings, the best liners that money can buy, installed flawlessly buy my machine shop, stock PM rods reconditioned, up graded ARP rod bolts, re-conditioned crank, ARE oil pump with KWISS timing chains for $4,200.00 ready to ship.
Joe.

WOW Joe !
I may be in the market for a new bottom end and this may just be the ticket ! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" /> I plan on staying all motor so this would be right up my alley.
Keep us up to date and let us know how things are coming !
Happy driving,
Rob (Bad30th)

Cool28,
Yes, I can install custom lower compression FI pistons for your application with no problem, there may be a possible price increase due to the fact that they will be custom made.
