Seriously, everyone knows it doesn't make a difference as long as you use one or the other.

Wow. What's up with the sudden rush of people being scared to flycut? What have you seen happen from flycutting? Because lots of people say "this" or "that" "may happen", but they can't ever name one single person that it's happened to. So with a huge cam that needs the extra static compression to raise its dynamic compression, why would you not flycut? That's just silly.

how is the t-rex cam for driving around town? is it just stupid? or does it run well.
obviously with a good tune.
1 more thing to add, everyone who is saying a 12 bolt is stronger than a 9" give your head a shake. if that were true why are 90% of drag cars running a 9". Stronger ring and pinion, takes more abuse, and easy gear swaps.
and to add, everyone saying ohhh power loss this and that with the 9", again thats bullshit. i dynoed with a factory 10 bolt, then again after wih the 9" i lost 9 rwhp. only 9. big whoop, ill take the loss and know i will never break my rearend.
the only downside to the 9" is that it was hard to get to fit. other than that, no regrets. for the extra $100 from moser, buy it.
i have made 20 passes at 6000 rpm and dumping the clutch with et streets and hooking. my car loves it, its running perfect.

I drive my car back and forth to college on stock stall and gears. It bucks no doubt but to be able to do that was amazing to me, stall converter on the way though. Does great on gas for a big cam. I love it!!!
