Default a PCV idea

Could PCV be routed before the air filter?

I realize you'd have to change the air filter more often because of oil, but air filters are cheap....

I disagree about the MAF, though. Yes, you'll dirty it up, but it won't be ruined. A little electronics cleaner spray and the MAF will be as good as new. This is something that probably needs to be done every once in a while anyway when running filters like K&N's.

Doh! Forgot about the MAF. Scratch that idea. One of the reasons I won't run K&Ns is because of the oil getting on the MAF.

You don;t want to pull less vaccum though obviously.
