Default Ok...i need help really bad!!!! completely clueless

ok. I have the only 395/422rwhp/rwtq Ls1 in the land that cant run faster than 13.0. this is killing me. here's the info and you guys can see what you think.
before cam/ls6 int/converter/tuning best t. slips
60ft - 2.036
1/8th - 8.348
mph - 85.23
1/4 - 12.93
mph -108.70 This was at 316/337 rwh.

friday nights run w/mods(dont have this slip so its by memory)
60ft - 1.82 (best so far w/2800 stall)
1/8th - 8.4's
mph - 84-85 (about same)
1/4 - 13.01 (best of the night)
mph - 106 (???) this is at 394/422 rwh. (i know i need to scan the dyno sheet cuz i wouldnt believe it either...)

is it just me or is my car just plain falling on its face??? i have no idea what the problem is. can anybody give me any suggestions here? i got to run an 03' cobra and nosed him out by .125 (13.01 <> 13.125) and it was on street tires. cant have that. Moderators, please put this where ever you guys think it will do the best...
thanks in advance... <img border="0" alt="[Banging Head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" />

Did you autotap it during your runs? How long as it been since you dynoed your car?

Them temp outside was about 70-75 i think. high humidity though. but i have run the same as this on days that were 85-90 degrees outside too. no difference in perf.
i had the car dynoed on 7/23/02 when it pulled those numbers. went to the track like 2 or 3 weeks later and ran 13.2's 3's...???
i tried shifting at 5000,5500,6000. rev limit is at 6500. Also just in "d" with the computer shifting at 6. only varied by .2 max
