Looks like Diamond Pistons (one of our sponsors) has some good piston deals <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

I am pretty sure Diamond has shelf pistons( 3.9 and 3.905 bore ) for $510. That is a good deal compaired to Ross or JE ones for like $630ish.
I stand corrected, they are $570, but still a good deal <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Wiseco makes a good piston for the LS1 stock rod configuration. Pistons AND Rings for around 600 bucks from Summit. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

I've got DIAMOND pistons, and most of the guys in the area use them, then again, it could be that they make an awesome product, and are like 5 mins from my house, but seriously, they have awesome stuff, and Chris over there is an awesome guy and very knowledgable about aour LS1's he is an ex KATECH employee, great parts and service.

Give Thunder Racing a call. They have both the JE and Diamond pistons for a .005" overbore that will work with either stock or 6.125" rods.
