Default 6.0 litre Iron truck engine in a newer trans am

Will they bolt in with no problems? I know the intake and oil pan and other things will have to be changed out but other than that are they the same block design?

I have one in mine. Just use oil pan and pickup tube off ls1 and drill block for alternator bolt.

Dam i dont even use that bolt on my ls1, i replaced the alternator and got tired of trying to thread that bolt in there without cutting my hands on the dam heat shields, so i threw that dam thing and havent had any problems with the charging system or pulleys.

Did anyone else have an issue with their car being alot lower with the iron block? Mine is in the dirt, even with the stock springs I put back on.
