Default Rocker arm adjustment? or valves?

I have an ls1 with etp225 heads and a 239/239 cam its also stroked. One of the bolts that holds my rocker arm keeps stripping out or breaking after high revs only. Im guessing the valve for that rocker arm is out of adjustment? What do i need to adjust to fix this problem and whats the easiest way to fix it?

I am not sure what valve springs i have but why would that make my rocker arm bolt snap? The bolt has broke 2 times and was stripped out the other times. Im thinking that something is pushing the rocker arm to far past its pivit point until it exerts pressure onto the bolt and breaks it.

Spring could be binding at high rpm and all that force gets transfered to the stud.

Preload could be set to tight (doubtful).

Lifter could be hydro-locking (could be).

Sounds like the stud hole is kinda trashed.

I just went out there and checked it and it looks like the rocker arm is rocking to far forward and hitting the bolt that holds it in. What determines how far up the rocker arm gets pushed by the rod?

Lifters are not adjustable.

You get at them by removing the head(s).

If your head was/is milled your pushrods may be to long.

geometry, or to much valve spring pressure.
