hey guys just to let you all know just put on my k&n 57 series fipk on my 2004 GTO, it compliments the flowmaster american thunder exhaust very well. next will be programmer

Those are EXTERNAL engine mods. Better do a cam real quick before the mods get ya! Sounds like a good start tho...

224 or 228 for a daily driver. Very reliable & not hard on the valvetrain.

Thats like asking what color should I paint my house. Its way too subjective. What might work for one wont be good for someone else. Find some local cammed guys and check out their cars and see how mild or wile you want to go. Itll at least get you in the ballpark. But the basic rule of thumb is the bigger you go, the higher you have to spin, the more low end you lose, and the harder it is to drive, however it will make more power up top.

Why did you go with the flowmaster exhaust? They are the more restrictive of all the muffler choices.
