pulley is stuck how do i get that thing out

Default pulley is stuck how do i get that thing out

well once again i did something stupid i found out i needed to machine the pulley after i put it on.
im using the tool were you screw 3 bolts into the pulley to get it out and it not budging i tried heating it with a torch and now i fried my front cover seal .

search on here sucks

what do i do now??

spray rust penetrant and keep cranking, everytime i take mine off i get pist and think it's frozen on but it always ends up coming off

used the pos tool with the 3 jaw puller from orielys works great.to put it back on use longer bolt

it is a after market pully he is using the rite puller. just keep turning it it will come. Are you using the bolt to push from with the puller. make sure the bolt is not tight so the pully will come off. good lick.

im using this tool kit. i keep turning but it is not budging im afraid those 3 bolts are gonna pull the threads right out.
yes the 3 jaw puller will not work it will leave lil indents...good thing im not running a/c.
anybody got anymore tricks???

That's a total recipe for disaster, he has a Powerbond and a longer bolt will screw up the crank threads.

that **** kicks ***, but spray it on heavy, leave it over night and then spray a few minutes before hand and itll come right off

jesus christ! i torched it and used a 1/2 impact wrench and that bitch is still not comin out wut gives? my seal for my timing cover is cmpletely fried now my only option is to get a stronger impact.

Sounds like it galled when it went on the first time, did you use any anti-seize?
