neither, both are junk cams IMHO... get a custom grind for what you want and how you expect the car to run... you also need to consider what other parts you have to go with the cam i.e. heads, valvetrain, tuning to name a few.

well lets see... they are in the sig but ill put them up for you since you didnt bother reading them, its stock heads, stock rotating assembly, stock tune, just a few bolt on's, im wanting to see numbers over 400 rwhp for now and i have done plenty of reading but i figured i would try to get some opinions cause i would rather here it from yall then to just read it.

Do some more searching, its a personal preference really. Once you understand it more and know what you want like more power under the curve, etc. Do you want the car to act like a dog up unitl 4k than hold on your do you want it to dig hard from a hole. Sounds stupid but cams are tailored for an exact setup and your seems to be mild. I agree with something along the lines of a tr224 give or take a bit. There are more threads in this section you could possibly think about reading pertaining to your question. Good Luck

You're gonna need:

Gears
Tune
Probably new rear end with gears
true duals/huge y-pipe with a free flowing muffler

To get the best out of that cam on stock heads. I have the MS4, just about done tuning it myself. Night and day difference with a tune, love it so far. Next step is heads/fly cutting for me.

dumbass??? whatever you say dude... I'm not an internet tough guy, just someone who does plenty of research before jumping on a bandwagon and thinking bigger is better. and personal experience? Yes actually I do... thanks...

There's way more to how a car runs than just how big of a cam you cam stuff in it... "vtec LS1 cars" are becoming a freaking disease thanks to people like you...
