Well, not an expert here. In fact I just got my heads off last weekend.
I have a 2001 so it might be a little different. On the back of the driver's side head there are three hard to reach bolts to reconnect. One is a ground. Did you get them all back on? Also I would check the fuses.

Are your grounds exactly like they were upon removal on the back of the heads??
I had the same problem cause a ground wire broke & I had to fix it. When I put the grounds back on the heads I didn't get them in the exact spot they came from & the car wouldn't start. After that it fired right up.

ya fuel pressure is good, coils arent getting any power.... i just got off with the guy that was gonna tune my car. He said the cam might not have been ground properly and the cam sensor isnt reading it and that could be the cause as well. I think its a ground wire somewhere because that shouldnt cause the car to not get spark. Also it could be the crank sensor i am just gonna have to get someone with a scan tool to read those things

As Redline mentioned, did you check to ensure the coil packs were fully plugged in?
I quickly read over everything, but didn't see where you said you checked them.
I'd suspect a ground or wiring issue long before I'd think the cam was ground wrong...

I had the same problem, grounding wires had to be EXACTLY like they were when they were taken off... the two that are together go in one hole, and the one by itself goes in a separate hole... pretty damn frustrating. Good luck man, I totally know how frustrating that is...
