Well, not an expert here. In fact I just got my heads off last weekend.

I have a 2001 so it might be a little different. On the back of the driver's side head there are three hard to reach bolts to reconnect. One is a ground. Did you get them all back on? Also I would check the fuses.

Are your grounds exactly like they were upon removal on the back of the heads??

I had the same problem cause a ground wire broke & I had to fix it. When I put the grounds back on the heads I didn't get them in the exact spot they came from & the car wouldn't start. After that it fired right up.

Swap your ignition relay for your fan 2 relay and try and crank it up. I had the same problem a while back, my ignition relay went out and I didn't get any spark.

Sounds exactly like what happened to me. Try putting them back exactly like they were when you took them off & if you fixed the wire good, I'll bet she fires up.

Have you checked for fuel pressure at the schraeder on the rail with ignition on? Both banks of coils are plugged in?

ya fuel pressure is good, coils arent getting any power.... i just got off with the guy that was gonna tune my car. He said the cam might not have been ground properly and the cam sensor isnt reading it and that could be the cause as well. I think its a ground wire somewhere because that shouldnt cause the car to not get spark. Also it could be the crank sensor i am just gonna have to get someone with a scan tool to read those things

As Redline mentioned, did you check to ensure the coil packs were fully plugged in?

I quickly read over everything, but didn't see where you said you checked them.

I'd suspect a ground or wiring issue long before I'd think the cam was ground wrong...

I had the same problem, grounding wires had to be EXACTLY like they were when they were taken off... the two that are together go in one hole, and the one by itself goes in a separate hole... pretty damn frustrating. Good luck man, I totally know how frustrating that is...

rpmauto do you have a pic of this grounding wire into the rad support? Also the ground wires on the head are seperated properly i think when i took the old connector off to replace it with a new one i didnt do it properly.... Or the ground wire on the rad support i didnt realize there was a ground there

Use a voltmeter to test your grounds. If they show positive for being a proper grounding point then I would eliminate them. Did you check for injector pulse?

when you say injector pulse you are referring to the fuel system getting power correct? if so yes it has power and fuel pressure the smell of fuel is strong when i try to start the car
