$1435 for a 230cc aftermarket casting that will flow over 310ish-cfm @.600 lift before cleanup.
I'm not knocking the ET heads in any way as they are a proven peformer and I almost bought a set of their 215 heads recently. It's just that for me on a budget $1000 is a huge difference.
Richard@WCCH is a sponsor sells All Pro heads and the only sponsor I can think of off the top of my head that sells the LSW heads.

the best heads out there are the ETP's
but you PAY! for them. alot of people get confused on the pricing for them b/c when you see them advertised its for 1 head and not the pair! trust me i made that mistake last week, now im probly going w/ afr's. there was almost a 1000$ difference.
the trickflows i also looked at but was swayed towards afr's
id also looked ad budget heads like ptc and tea
all of the ones listed above have put down good #'s and are reputable heads

Peak flow numbers are the least important factor in determining an all around "best head" for any given combination.

I see what you're saying, BVR (LOL I didn't realize how funny that was). But have you seen any actual results or heard any INDEPENDENT results for either of those heads? Advertising is worthless, as anybody who's been on here very long can see.
#33
Advertising numbers are BS and we all know that. I've seen threads where those advertised flow numbers do not turn into anything on a dyno. There is a thread you need to look at where Tony Mamo tests them all and post the results. He doesnt list the names of the heads but the facts are plain to see. Advertised flow numbers arent always what their cracked up to be and some vendors use a more generous flow bench to get those spectacular numbers.

I am not talkking about advertised numbers here. I am talking about dyno numbers that Vengeance racing has gotten with these heads. Also A and A corvette numbers on their dyno. Over 500 rwhp with ls1 shortblocks has been accomplished quite a few times with the right combo of parts. I know AFR's have cracked the magic 500 number quite a few times also. I would just pick TF's if I were buying a new set of heads because of the 12 deg valve angle.

Screw the dyno numbers even. I personally watched a lot of cars running WAY faster than me and faster than most on here, all at the shootout in Memphis, and many were running TFS heads. Not that the heads are the entire story, but you know top end is what makes the power.
Half of us (including me) don't even have good enough track times to brag about in our sig. Buncha guys with HP numbers. Worthless. I watched the cars that actually perform, and TFS was a definite presence, like them or not fellas.
I know how you feel, BlancoSS, and I'm not trying to argue. Just stating what I personally saw, like 'em or not. I'm neutral on it. I'm not a fan nor an opponent.

Yes, there's a thread on here about a guy who's using them on his twin turbo 427. I'm trying to find the link now, but for some odd reason I'm having a really hard time.

Who has them priced ea.??
Our prices are right in line with the afr heads and tfs heads. We just offer one of every flavor. Sometimes a problem for a person that does not know exactly what they are looking for. Yes, our canted valve heads are in the 7000.00 range, but we will sell 1 set of those to 100 sets of LS7 and 215's. they are for the people that do not have a budget restriction or a racer that wants to run a LS series engine and go compete in a class against all the other brands.

I had to decide between the All Pro and the TFS. I went TFS because of the smaller intake runner. That's it. I could have gotten the All Pro's for the same price. If I were building a stroker motor or going to Turbos, I would have gotten the All Pro's. They are a killer head.
