Default Cam Pro's, help me Spec a new cam for me

Well as many may have read i had some engine problems so i am doing a rebuild on my engine.I plan on Swapping cams out while i am into the motor also.So if you guys Could help me or Suggest a cam or even a Off the shelf cam for my needs i will be Very Thank full. Car is daily Driven with track visits often.I had the Tqv2 but i was not happy with the idle, i would like to have alot more aggressive idle .with a occasional street Romp from a dig or low Speed roll.I would love to have in the range of 400-420 rwhp

This is my setup i will have. Mind you i am on a Smaller budget than most.

1998 ls1 block
Forged Pistons and Rings
Stock crankshaft and rods with Arp bolts
Lt headers and xpipe
Bbk ssi intake ,I will switch to a fast after Engine Broke in and Tuned.
4.10 gears
Ported oil pump
Comp lifters
prc dual springs
hardened pushrods 7.4 -if i can reuse them
ported Tb
Built 6 Speed and stage 2 clutch
Stage 1.0 heads or 1.5 5.3 heads i have not Fully Decided yet .

MS3 would meet your requirements and is easily streetable with a good tune. What kinda pistons are in the motor?

Someone could prolly spec you a a low 240s medium lift on a 110lsa that would sound nasty. Just make sure you have a fantastic tuner if your car is the daily grindmobile. That 110lsa has a real good chop if thats what your into.
