EPP installed oil pump and cam along with the rest of the shortblock.....

I installed pick-up, and pan and had to remove entire motor to fix everything before initial start up



also why does one bearing look more destroyed then the rest of them......if it was starved of oil I would think all would be destroyed

Cool, I thought maybe it was fired up with the o ring missing. I'm just trying to figure out what happened, it indeed looks strange. Main bearings are not a problem in these engines, and they look fried.

We'll have to replace the crank or get it turned, we'll probably replace it. We'll install a new oil pump and new lifters, as we don't want to take a chance as debris could be in them. Everything else looks good, pistons are okay, cylinder walls are good, etc. Bob

Exotic Performance is an A++++++ shop.......customer service is excellent.....motor is fixed and will be on the dyno asap......do not hesitate to do business with them

Excellent customer service like this is why I continually send my own customers to them for ATI parts, rears, rotating assemblies and more on a regular basis.
