i have a choice on 2 heads, which ones should i go for?

Default i have a choice on 2 heads, which ones should i go for?

either tsp ported ls6 heads or

FULLY PRO PORTED LS1 CYLINDER HEADS
BRAND NEW 2.02/1.60 Stainless FERREA VALVES
COMPETITION PORT AND POLISH
WITH CARBIDE CUT 5 angle VALVE JOB
Bronze guides
milled .010 for clean deck surface and increase of compression
290 cfm @.600 on INTAKE PORTS
215 cfm @.600 on EXHAUST PORTS
Machined for larger 1.5inch spring pad
dual vavle springs good to .650 lift
titanium locks and retainers

which ones would u put on.. i'm going w/ a trex cam....

I suggest you save your money and go with something like AFR or Dart aftermarket LS heads.

i agree, might as well get thicker aftermarket castings, than ported oem castings, the price range should be the same anyway

yeah i have pretty much the same heads as the second choice and i could make more power for just a lil more money with some good afermarkets.. if your on a tight budget..#2

I know a few people that have made really good power with a t-rex cam on stock heads. What is the cost of heads?

for the cost of the pro ports you may as well get the tfs 215 and yella terras

well i actually have both already.. it's a fully forged 347 i have a set of heads off an old build and the tsp's came w/ the 347 i just don't know that much about the tsp... i'm looking to hit low to mid 11's on the motor

i actually have both set of heads the tsp ls6 heads came w/ the forged 347 and the cheatr cam in it, i'm swapping the cam to the trex, and i have the other set of heads from a different project.. i just don't know which one would be better.... and if i would have to flycut if i switch heads... i'm looking to hit low to mid 11's all motor.. and maybe a shot of spray later on

well i'm expecting to do it w/ the t-rex but i have the 2 sets of heads so i'm just figuring out which one to put on

I believe the Trex was designed to work with stock heads.
