Im using the LS7 lifters but am pretty sure at least one is bad, they have about 1k miles on em. I think I am going to upgrade to the caddy lifters instead or maybe Morels if I can afford them at the time.
EDIT: Cam lift is .609/.604

I have LS7 lifters and have maybe 200 miles on them. Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure one is bad also. I still have to pull the heads to verify it. I just hope it didn't f%#k my cam up in the process, caught it really quick. I'm going with something else a little more robust, the lifters are on my 99. MS3 & PRC heads. I know I'm going to go with lifters that the plates that joins them together (sorry, don't know the name for it)

I also have the LS7 lifters. After my h/c swap, I thought one was bad as well. On a cold start they sounded ok at first but a mile or so down the road it would develop a loud tick. Then it would go away when fully warmed up. It did this for a few hundred miles then stopped. Now they seem to be fine.

Second set of Comp 850's on a .592"/.602" cam. 17,000 miles, many track runs, and no problems.
The first set got eaten up, but that was my fault for not cleaning off the damn cam bolts before putting loc-tite on them. Stupid bolts backed out, the cam shifted, and the lifters were annihilated in 5 miles.
