Oh, and I was talking to Steve Johnson, he said he saw it @ PRI and said it was a really nice looking piece.

I love the fact that I can get this thing with just the hookup for the map sensor, and don't have to bother with the caps/plugs for the evap, pcv and the brake booster. makes the whole deal alot easier.
Jason,
I know Dave has the one from the PRI show with the Direct Port already installed available. Its a LS1 manifold with no NPT ports on the front.
That one is not spoken for yet...

I liked the form but not the function. If you will remove the nitrous, I think that I would take it also. Already have all the DP stuff for it with the piranha nozzles. I had already sent you a PM about getting another one, maybe this is it.

I am not in a rush, I'd prefer Nos nitrous stuff anyway and I doubt Dave plumbed it with that, probably used Nx (personal preferance) not that there's anything wrong with Nx stuff.

Still like to see a picture of it, see how he laid it out on the intake.

I'm having some thoughts about how to do it, and I'm not talking about 1 kit either.

It was laid out with one distribution block in the center on each side (like beside the injectors) with 1 small fuel and 1 small nitrous noid each. It's like 2 stages but not really .

Vinny, will the intake that you had at PRI flow a 600 shot thru the DP setup that is currently on it? If so, we might take it as is. Please let me know ASAP. It's kind of urgent.

Vinny and Ray,

Thank you guys for the prompt responses on all this. It looks like we will be taking that one as well. Just waiting on some final specs.

This intake yes, but the long runner version once avail I feel would better suite your needs. I am waiting for a response on a timeline for when the long runners will be avail.

What in your opinion would be the bare minimum required to properly take advantage of this intake power/cubes/rpm wise...

on a 346, if you aren't gonna turn it 8500 then I wouldn't bother.

a 402, if you won't spin it to 7000 to 7500 I wouldn't bother.

440+, I'd stick it right on regardless the rpm range.

add 3 full points to compression over stock on any CI and I'd try it. Probably still need to spin a 346 to 7500 at least to need it, but anything over 400 and over 6500 with good compression would probably gain. (good being 13 to 1 or more)
