I'm VERY surprised by the results! Thats a clean 15-20 rwhp on a MILD setup. Could be closer to 30rwhp on a more radical setup. I wonder how it would compare to a ported GM LS7 manifold? Regardless, looking good!

Thanks for posting!

Right, I misread. I was thinking of the 92mm manifold.

Not at all. You have to swap out the LS7 runners to L92/L76/LS3 runners. Read the FAST catalog it explains it very well with pictures!

Is'nt this test been done on an engine dyno? These are therefore not rwhp numbers?

Yes, it was done on an engine dyno. Thats how they post most if not all of their numbers. I mis-read the numbers, thought they gained 30 fwhp, not 15. So, it would show a bit of improvement on a chassis dyno, probably around 7-10rwhp, but thats just conjecture. Remember this is a MILD setup; on a more radical setup, the gains would be greater.

I wonder if this price is a good indication of what the LS3/L92 intake will be priced at.

Since the LS7 market is much smaller than the LS3/L92, I'm guessing it may be priced slightly cheaper even, maybe $100 less.

Theres a typo on that page, I can see it already... They put "LS3" gains 30+ HP, where they meant to put "LS7". The graph matches, and is for the LS7.

They are claiming 14HP on the L92/LS3 manifold. I saw it at PRI and SEMA, Ive been paying attention since I am waiting for one myself.
