Default Looking for an intake manifold for the 440

I am gathering parts for my LS7 440.
The heads are PRC 265cc from Texas Speed. The engine will be spinning around 7200 rpm.
I am currently looking to buy a New intake manifold. I have seen a few that have caught my eye.
They are: Becks, Wilson, Marcella, and the FAST 102. (big price differences)
The engine is going to make a minimum of 625rwhp N/A but at the track i will be spraying it with a 200 direct shot.

Which intake manifold, and why? I have a feeling the FAST will be running out of air...

For the ridiculous money that sheet metals cost....get an ITB intake for less money and make alot more power.

ive been waiting to here from your build(im thinking of doing one next yr or a d1sc). i vote fast 102 if you only plan of 7200 shifts(if you your thinking of raisin it further in the future then you know the answer).
btw, how tall of a tire 28? what cam did you pick?

btw, when do you think she'll be running? spraying a 200 on a 440 isnt that illegal?

Yes a 28 tire and something like a 29.5 tire at the end of the 1/4.
The cam is a custom cam being worked on by Howard at Redline MotorSports.
Next summer the car will be on the road, summer is almost over here in NY.

Spraying a 200 on a 440ci illegal? I am not sure i understand...

what tires you are you gonna run. im assuming somthing thats gonna grow?

i was joking about the illegal part. is that an ls7 440? i would be too nervous to push a 200 i would prob do a 125 wet shot though ( i believe blanco hke told me he wouldn't recommend over a 200). can you give us some what of a cam specs that it would be close too if you don't want to say?

is this a strictly track car? yeah fall is already around the corner which is the best weather but we all know what comes after fall in new england

Yes the tires will grow, i am just taking a guess about how much.
Someone on here recomended tires and his grew that much..
The engine was built for nitrous with a custom wiseco piston. The cylinder walls are a little thin but i am not too worried about that few guys in TX have seen 300 shots on these motors.

The car will be driven on the street to basically get ice cream, get the gf, etc nothing major maybe like 50 miles a week.

I had Beck build an intake based on Allen's at FMS spec. I gave the dimensions I want to make it fit under the stock WS6 hood. He did a great job! It made power right where we planned it and more then we expected. The design of the runner will change where the power is made. With the size of heads, anything short of sheet metal may leave power on the table.
Attached is some pic of my beck intake

Nope. Harrop 55mm ITB with all the trimmings. LS2 ECT harness, linkages ready to install.
$2,073.00 US$ Delivered.

From the US distributor. So $73 more to crush a sheet metal intake.

Jesse Bubb picked up 61 hp over his Wilson intake on his LSX 454ci. Just an intake swap.

What kind of air-box/air-filter are they using on the Harrop now?

Default Harrop

I'm sure the Harrop can move some air for large cubes...

Who's the reseller that's offering this intake for these $ ?
