I'm getting ready to purchase a intake for my car an i've been down this road a thousand times in the past, but i was curious if anyone has made any progress with either set-up's since i haven't been on here in a little while due to computer crashing. My cam Specs are 251/259- 660/663 111LSA an the car seems like its about ready to take off at 3500rpm but it doesn't acutally start the pull until about 4000rpm... So i'm curious as to which one is actually gonna perform better on the street. I know zinging high rpm's is bigger power on a smaller cube, but under the curve power is hard to beat hookin in any situation. Any pro's, con's, or recently updated info on these two would be great.

I'm going with the super vic and 4150 TB on my 364" LS2, cam is similar 247/251 .660/.660 110+2. Motor will be done this week then hopefully heading to the dyno in a few weeks, i will post results. Is this a drag only setup?

It's going to be a daily driven street car until i get another daily driver, but it's going to be a nitrous car for now until i can figure out how to completely hook the car to the street. I enjoy street encounters so much more than ever being at the track. I will prolly hit the local 1/8 mile track thats concrete to get it all dialed in for the street... alot of money races out here in st louis coming up an i don't want to miss out on spanking some asses... I want to make power from 3500 to 7500 sprayed on a 28" tire which i have now in my room. I just got the tick performance master cylinder kit along with there speed bleeder an i'm getting the tranny redone monday an everything installed. Once all that is done i'll be a couple weeks out from buying one of these badass intakes... Texas speed sold me this cam an very few people know about it... It's not something they show unless you pry them for a nasty camsahft for big numbers... I'm more along the lines of a N/A set-up more so than a nitrous set-up, but i've seen cars pick up more than 250 shots on a 108LSA... I love the street thought i'm addicted to cruising an playing with just about anything i see worth moving the gas needle for... The car on motor with a bad tune right now an to much timing just made 527/475 heads/cam only speed density nothing else well besides full exhaust. Any more results would be great to hear for sure.

I too am stuck on which intake...Im leaning more toward a sheet metal intake though. For what your doing the Vic sounds like the best bet. I would hate to be your valve springs.

Yeah guys thats really what it boils down to an for the 11:5:1 compression ratio that the car is at i would like the victor for max rpm to make and rev the most power out of this LME 408 that i can without taking away the driveability away from it. The car dyno'd 527/475 to the tire in march with speed density. The say the fast picks up around 5000 an up so would you benefit as much torque with the fast as well as picking up power in the operating range of my camshaft?

How are you doing this? LS2 are DBW. I would like to know what your doing to do this because I want to do this as well, but the 4150 I though, was only for non DBW cars.

Just because somebody says they have an LS2 doesnt mean its an LS2 car
I've been thinking about a Vic Jr 4150 combo myself... but its not as simple as just buying it and bolting it on...
atleast with the Fast its ready to use right out of the box..plug and play plus tuning

Its not necessarily a ETC on every LS2 Block... and even if it was... you can add a cable TB to any car with a little extra work...

the Vic Jr is great for a small to medium nitrous setup due to the very even air distribution that it is well known for.
I'm considering it for that reason...my issue becomes that I cant see the point of using a restrictive Lid and pipe setup for something that has potential to flow so much more...
