FAST 102mm hands down.... the fast trottle body has a a small convolute that they built in to help with part throttle driveability. The cheaper versions don't take this into consideration. The FAST 102 throttle body will have better drivabily in light/part throttle situations and be easier to tune.

here is a better picture, essentially the throttle blade only opens on the upper half of the throttle body, until the lower half of the throttle blade makes it pasted this raised portion.

not everyone does, the larger displacement crowd can benefit from it more than a stock LS1.

that lower bump is not needed on the fast if your tuner is worth a damn...If you are going to go with that bump expensive fast 102 you might as well just get a straight though 92mm...

plus most are just hooking this up to a lid setup anyways(98mm and 102mm lids neck down to the same size...dont be fooled by the sizes being 98mm and 102mm take a look down the lid and you will see how it necks the area by the filter)...which when flowed is only a 84mm equivalent cross section...so you will see the same gains with a 92 tb vs a 102 tb unless you fix the lid bottle neck...

If you have an electric water pump beware! There are clearance issues that require grinding. I have the Nick Williams model. There is another manufacturer that makes the electronic 102mm version. The second electronic 102mm throttle body is from ERL Performance.

Below are pictures.

^ It may LOOK the same, but there are size issues for the TPS and IAC motor.

The tps and Iac holes were off and wouldn't fit properly so I had to oval out the tps and iac hole for it to lign up. I have lots of pictures of what I did. Also the iac did not fit in the hole. I had to enlarge the hole for the iac to fit flush against the tb. These are side by side comparisons to a ptm 92mm tb. The one with the black shaft is the ebay brand.

This pic vvvv shows how much thinner the mounting pad is on the ebay one vs the ptm.

This pic shows the ebay tb being closer to 92mm than the ptm

This pic vvv shows the difference in size of the hole where the iac goes. Thats the reason it does not fit.

vvvThis pic shows the iac hitting the tb and does not go in.
