Default Need bellows for 102mm tb+ tsp maf

I bought a tsp maf, have a 102 mm nw tb, and a 104mm lid. For some reason the bellows that came with my maf doesn't even come close to fitting. Where can I get one that fits easier?

I am guessing i need to custom order one of these. If i order a big one, is there any good way to cut it perfectly? I remember I cut one down for a nitrous plate a while ago and it came out horribly jagged.

Any tips?

Well I contacted both companies. One said they dont have anything for me. The other one said that I need to get a custom hose which would take 3 weeks, have to buy two, and is expensive.

Basically, The tb and maf's outter diameters is 4.25. So I know I need a 4.25 coupler. also, there is a slight bend in the path that makes the distance from the end of the top edge to end of other top edge (including bevels) 3.25 inches and end of bottom to other end of bottom 4.25 inches.

Is there any way I can adjust this? I know the lids seated all the way in and everythings installed properly. Any input?

I had the a similar situation and just cut off the snout of my 104 lid, bought a 4inch hose from Intakehoses.com and just went speed density. You can sell your MAF too.

Post a pic though so we can see if you dont want to do that.

Feel your pain. I don't know why someone hasn't come up with a lid that is designed to mate up to the larger TB's There is enough material in the top of the rad support to cut away and clearance so that you could drop the neck of the lid down so that it would align with the TB. If I were a fadricator I would try making a lid up out of stainless. The other thing is that for the price of the Fast Toys lid you would think they would be made a little stronger.
